Peter Hay is an experienced national and local leader of social care and public sector services and brings a wealth of experience from a social work career which spans over 30 years. Amongst his many achievements, Peter has been instrumental in improving children's and adults social care services in Birmingham and has led on engagement for care markets for the Department of Health. In recent years, Peter has been a non-executive at Anchor and Amplius, and he is the chair of Turning Point, Think Ahead and the Honeycomb Group. He also works with the LGA and others in local government support and improvement.
